There is no minimum guest count required.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall wedding seasons. Availability varies, so we recommend inquiring as early as possible.

Catering & Vendors

Do you provide catering?

Grey Rock Mansion works exclusively with an approved list of exceptional preferred caterers. All catering and bar service must be provided by a caterer from this approved list. These partners are selected for quality, professionalism, and familiarity with the property. View the full list here.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes. Couples may select outside vendors for planners, photographers, dessert, florists, entertainment, and rentals.

Catering and bar service must be performed by one of our approved caterers.

Are we allowed to decorate?

Yes! You’re welcome to personalize your décor. Please note:

  • Open-flame candles must be enclosed

  • Confetti, glitter, artificial flower petals, and rice are prohibited

Pricing & Payments

What are your pricing packages?

Each event package is customized based on the day of the week, duration, and selected options. View detailed pricing here.
Wedding packages start at $3,000.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

Event Policies

How late can events run?

All events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Later end times may be available subject to local noise permits.

Is Grey Rock Mansion ADA accessible?

Yes. Key event areas are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us with specific accessibility needs to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Are overnight accommodations available?

Overnight accommodations are not available on-site. However, we recommend our sister property, Gramercy Mansion, as well as several nearby hotels for guest lodging.

Do you require event insurance?

Event insurance is not required but is welcome if clients choose to obtain additional coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in your contract. Deposits are typically non-refundable, and additional refund eligibility depends on timing and selected package.
