Do you provide catering?
Grey Rock Mansion works exclusively with an approved list of exceptional preferred caterers. All catering and bar service must be provided by a caterer from this approved list. These partners are selected for quality, professionalism, and familiarity with the property. View the full list here.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Couples may select outside vendors for planners, photographers, dessert, florists, entertainment, and rentals.
Catering and bar service must be performed by one of our approved caterers.
Are we allowed to decorate?
Yes! You’re welcome to personalize your décor. Please note:

What are your pricing packages?

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date.

All events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Later end times may be available subject to local noise permits.

Are overnight accommodations available?
Overnight accommodations are not available on-site. However, we recommend our sister property, Gramercy Mansion, as well as several nearby hotels for guest lodging.
Do you require event insurance?
Event insurance is not required but is welcome if clients choose to obtain additional coverage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in your contract. Deposits are typically non-refundable, and additional refund eligibility depends on timing and selected package.
